Technical conditions for the video recording format

General Requirements


Only one video from each team is allowed on the show. If the team submits several applications, the organizing committee selects the video of the best shooting quality and meets all the requirements.


Your video should be shot and edited specifically for the Bali International Inclusive Dance Festival or you can send a videorecord from one-two years ago, but not the one that was already shown last year.


The video should present: professional inclusive choreography, high performance skills of the dancers, professional artistic design of the video (location, costumes, light), professional video shooting (2-3 cameras, editing).


You must provide the copyright for the use of music and your choreography on the day of the show and further.

Technical conditions for the video recording format for participants of Bali International Inclusive Dance Festival



We strongly recommend that you record videos with three or more cameras and a good concert light. You can use one of two schemes as a basis for shooting your dance performance.


Camera for shooting

Video recording of a dance number can be performed on a modern digital photo or video camera, which has the ability to record with the following settings: 1920 x 1080 Full HD Resolution (16 aspect ratio:9) or higher (4K)


Image stabilization

When shooting, the camera must be mounted on a tripod to avoid image shake. You can shoot with your hands on one of the cameras using an electronic Steadicam.


The main parameters of the finished video clip

1920 x 1080 Full HD Resolution (16:9 aspect ratio).

The video clip should not be overlaid with advertising screensavers, logos, and titles.

The duration of the video recording should not exceed 5 minutes.
